Apeks unique Tek 3 1st stages have been designed with the needs of twinset divers in mind. This full set provides everything you need for for optimised hose routing, free from snags, hose kinking and easy access to he manifold valves.
The two Tek 3 1st stages have three low and one high pressure ports, yet uniquely arranged to mirror each other allowing for superior hose routing. Over-balanced for impressive performance at depth and environmentally sealed, the Tek 3’s at made to handle extremely cold water.

The Classic XTX50 regulator is robust and versatile. The diver swappable exhaust allows you to configure the 2nd stage to suit your needs, while the pneumatically balanced design ensures effortless breathing throughout your dive.
You can also add the Tek Gauge to this set to complete your Twinset rig.

- Designed for Twin-Sets - The Apeks Tek 3 design is highly specialised to offer optimal routing for complex technical Twin-Set rigs. The left and right 1st stages ports mirror each other (rather than being the same on both sides), this ensures routing your hoses is less cluttered and more streamlined.
- Compact One Piece Body - The rugged one piece body has been chromed, not only does it looks incredible but also ensures the Tek 3 is exceptionally tough and easily shrugs off the abuse of diving.
- Superior Deep Water Performance - Explore the deepest and most extreme Scuba environments with the Tek 3. When you descend into deeper water the ambient water pressure surrounding you and your hoses increases. This impedes the flow of air through your hoses making breathing more difficult. The Tek 3’s Overbalanced diaphragm counteracts this by increasing the air pressure the deeper you dive ensuring you receive consistent effortless breathing throughout your dive.
- Environmentally Sealed - Exploring the deepest seas can be treacherous! The Tek 3’s environmental seal serves two purposes. Firstly it protects the 1st stage from ice buildup allowing it to function in sub 10*C temperatures. Secondly it prevents contaminants such as bacteria or water borne diseases getting affecting your air supply.
- Suitable for Cold Water - The Tek 3 has been tested and rated down to 60 meters in cold water.

- Diver Changeable Exhaust - Apeks have designed their XTX range to suit you. The 2nd stage comes with two swappable exhausts, a larger one for improved bubble clearance and a lightweight compact exhaust to ease of use.
- Pneumatically Balanced - The XTX50 2nd stage is pneumatically balanced. This ensures that you receive consistent and clear airflow even when your tank has little air inside.
- Opening Effort Control - The opening effort control allows you to configure how easy your breathing is throughout your dive for an optimal performance and comfort.
- Venturi Control - Use the Venturi Control to prevent freeflow.
- Comfo-Bite Mouthpiece - The Apeks XTX50 features a comfo-bite mouthpiece. This uses a bridge that sits across your palate to support your 2nd stage reducing jaw fatigue and helps to prevent your mouth drying out.
- Large Purge Button - The large 2-stage purge button is easily accessible and allow for either a slow, controlled purge or more rapid full purge action.
